The marmalade that we made was very tasty, far more superior than any of this kind you can buy in Australia (at least we couldn't find any, and we tried hard!).

Made marvellous marmalade

I have made my own marmalade for decades starting with sharing a crate of Seville oranges with a coworker. I then started to buy the tinned prepared base and have been buying Mamade now for many years.
I just recently made a batch of marmalade and it seems to me that there is a noticeable reduction in the quantity of peel in the mix. Texture is a fundamental part of enjoying a food and when it comes to marmalade, that bitter/sweet crunch of orange peel is very important. I hope Robertson's is not trying to cheapen the quality of what has been a very important part of my breakfast.

Very good product. I would use it again. I wish there was an option for thicker rinds and a bit more bitter marmalade.
